- All of the productions have identity code so for requesting any order or services, giving this code to its responsible is compulsory.
- The productions have 18 months guaranty after the delivery date. Battery and drive will include guaranty for one year after the delivery date, if you prepare it from Caspian, it means other suppliers aren’t include this guaranty.
- Caspian Co. will add six months maximally to the guaranty date for the productions that their set up time has some delays, if any justifiable evidence and proves is clarified by the customers.
- This company serves its services to the companies related to elevator systems or the firms have trained and high technician employees.
- During the services, customer technician delegate should attend to the project area, verify the service agenda and sign it. In case of his absent, it’s not obligatory for Caspian Co. to serve any services.
- The service of guaranty doesn’t include the lying costs so these types of costs should be paid based on the tariffs when the service is being done.
- In the below cases, the production hasn’t guaranty and customer should pay the related costs:
- Impacting the Production
- The problems arisen from the environment bad condition such as the penetration of dust or solid particle, water or moisture and bad temperature where the product is installed. Thus, in the cities have hot and moisty weather, it’s obligated to install the required equipment such as gas air condition.
- The problems arisen from the incorrect installation by the technician is not familiar to Caspian productions or has not enough experience about them. (Caspian Co. prepared some training classes free of charge weekly in order to teach their installation method and tips. Those of participants pass these classes, can give the certification).
- The problems arisen from the fluctuations and disturbances in city electricity. This should be used from the national electricity. Avoid using the electricity produced by generator. Besides, if the project area has sudden voltage level changes (because of climate bad conditions such as high rainfall and thunderstorms), other equipment stabilize the electricity voltage fluctuation should be installed.
- Using the complementary or sideways systems are incompatible with the production
